Photo Council
Stop second-guessing which photo to post. Upload 2–10 pics, invite your friends to vote, and see which shot your people actually pick before it hits the grid.
Visit site →Photo Council is a lightweight PWA for deciding which photo to post. You upload a small batch (2–10), invite specific friends via a share link, and they approval-vote — tapping "yes" on every photo they like, plus optional emoji reactions. You see live results as votes come in: ranked photos, vote counts, and who voted for what. Built as a web app so there's nothing to install — friends open the link, vote, done. Backend runs on Supabase (phone auth, Postgres, storage) and the frontend is vanilla JS + a service worker so it installs to the home screen like a native app.
Built for a friend, and it worked. But growing it just wasn't in my zone of fun — so I let it go rather than force something I didn't enjoy. A good reminder that not every working thing is one you should keep pushing.
